Shipping Schedule

All live animals will be sent FedEx Overnight on Mondays to their destination or a FedEx hub. This is to ensure the safety and speedy arrival of your new pet.

All live insects will be shipped USPS as soon as your order is processed. 

An order minimum of $15 is required, not including shipping costs.

*A tracking email will be provided to the email used at checkout once the order has been shipped.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy

All animal and insects are deemed healthy and have established eating habits at time of shipping. 

Shipping temperatures must be between 40F - 80F at departure and destination locations. We hold the discretion to delay shipping for the safety of the animal.

All live animals are shipped overnight on Monday. Shipments are typically ready for pickup around 0830 AM. When FedEx labels your package as "ready for recipient pickup" you must pick-up within 1 hour. Please have a photo ID matching the name used on the shipping label to pick-up at FedEx. 

We only offer Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) when shipped to a FedEx hub; anywhere else does not come with LAG and you're accepting all risk.

All claims must be made within 1 hour of receiving the animal. 

LAG only applies to the cost of the animal and does not include the shipping costs.

If you experienced a dead animal please include the shipping label in the background of the picture with the animal; along with a picture of the package the animal came in. This is important for processing claims with our insurance and getting your money back if applicable.
